Reason why I gave it this rating is because I was visiting my grandfather here. And the residence here are just so rude as I’m driving down the neighborhood slowly. They just give me these dirty. Looks is not every resident but a good majority of them. Near hide away ln
This is a small but well maintained retirement Mobil home park on private Lake Henry and is managed by CRF Communities in Lakeland. I have only 3 months ago purchased a home there. The only one I've had dealings with is in the resale office, although I bought privately and I must say she is very unfriendly and close to abrasive.
Mr.Frank Torres sales agent is very professional, attentive and very friendly,we recommend he has 10, 🌟 start.
They fail to give you any paperwork, that could help you make an informed decision. Regret purchasing a home here.
