Hidden Lakes Senior Living Community

Recently a friend's mother has spent two months plus in rehab at Hidden lakes and we could not be happier with care they received. Staff is professional, attentive and caring. The DON; administrator and the activities director are super - all were approachable; friendly and responsive to questions. The day to day staff including all the nurses and the CNA's are amazing. Lashell has been wonderful; kind and very encouraging and all the CNA's are very caring and professional. Very impressed on how they treat all the residents there. The care is exceptional and compassionate. The activities director has come in daily to see my friend's mother and also greets her with a kind, beautiful smile and a hug and offers support to caregiver also. A great caring facility and we highly recommend the car

Spent several months in the nursing section and 7 months in the Assisted Living. Received tremendous care in both sections. Staff was professional, caring, and always helpful. Would highly recommend to others looking for this type of facility.

I just returned home after an eleven week stay at the rehabilitation center for a traumatic hip replacement , femur fracture and a dislocated shoulder. I have nothing but praise for my treatment there. It is a very caring environment. The nursing staff were so responsive to assist calls and treated the residents with great respect. The therapists were so encouraging. They created individual treatment plans which were motivating and challenging. They make the activities fun. It often was the highlight of my day. All the staff including the activity , dietary, housekeeping and maintenance departments were interested in the well being of the residents. I have been a resident at Hidden Lakes Independent Living Cottage(s) since 2018. I've lived in many other communities; but I am blessed to now live in a community that holds true to their mission statement. "Compassionate Care - Where Nieghbors Become Family". Not only are our residents family...but that holds true for KR Management and Hidden Lakes Staff Members. I am not only a resident; but I also have the opportunity to serve others in our Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Facilities. We have a wonderful Volunteer Program.....and I don't even have leave the premises. I am grateful for all the amenities ....free transportation for shopping and field trips and doctors appointments, entertainment, cook-outs, events, etc. Check out our face book page.
