Yesterday, I had the interior of my 2014 Avalon detailed by Jimmy and his team, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the start, Jimmy and his team were fantastic. I tried to negotiate a custom package for internal detailing since I was especially concerned about my leather seats drying and cracking. Jimmy was upfront, though, explaining that they maintain very high standards, so they only offer their set packages. I truly respect that integrity. In the end, the result was phenomenal. My car looks brand new, and it smelled really, really nice after as well. The care they put into every detail really shows. My experience with High Buff was hectic and stressful but the owner went above and beyond to make sure things were fixed and end product was as advertised! So I went to high buff for an undercoating on my truck, somehow during that a ground or something got coated or disconnected and my 2023 GMC Sierra AT4 because "dead-lined" after I got it home. I contacted High Buff and he worked with me to get it towed to GMC dealership in Indiana from Butler he had work relationship with and paid for it on his own dime for diagnostic and fix. The time without my truck was annoying and inconvenient, but High Buff's owner taking responsibility and having the integrity to remedy this situation shows great morals in his business practices and I do recommend them. Was referred to High Buff for tinting by a coworker. They were easy to work with, super communicative before, during and after finishing my vehicle. They even called to make sure I was making the right choice on my tint. Highly recommend.
