Changed my stabilizer links at a reasonable price. Then I ask them to rotate my tires. They charged me $80 to rotate my tires no sensor reset. I will never go back. I was in a hurry when I left and paid without thinking of the price. I called back and asked if that was their normal rate and the guy said I didn't work on the car. He was going to check on the price and get back with me I have heard nothing. I saw your response i told your tech I did not want the reset because the truck was in need of tires. Wheels are factory nothing special. I called at 840 the next day according to my caller log to relay i thought i was over charged NOT at lunch time. I do remember being there with my car at 8 the tech started immediately. You rolled in around 9. I left the review in the evening not immed

John and his crew of mechanics are the only place I take my vehicles to be repaired . They are extremely knowledgeable. I always leave knowing my truck or car will be fixed completely with no issues . I've sent other family members and friends to High Caliber and they all have had the same experiences as I have had too . Nothing but good things to say about Chris and John Walper . Having recently retired from a local tire/service chain I know to well how repair shops work. Stopped in spoke to them about an issue with my vehicle. I was showed the part needed and got a written quote. The work was completed in the time they told me and in a very professional manner. I will continue to use them in the future.....

Drove by the area bc I knew I would find a bunch of car shops. Found this one and they had a bunch of reviews on Google and called them up to find out about A/C Freon. They were very friendly and upfront. 84.99 for A/C Top up and check for leaks. With tax, $90. I had called a handful of places with everything across the board up to $400. Set up an appointment and left my car here overnight because of their hours of 8-5 during the week. The next day, I received a link in text with the update on my car. I called them afterwards and again great customer service provided by Chris. Picked up our car, & we are back living in the lap of luxury in sweet cold A/C. All was well. Will bring our other car back for the shocks. Next project! We have a new mechanic.

$780.00 brake job,brought back with less than a 1,000 miles because of bad squeeking from brakes.guy looks and tells me its because of morning dew and the fact I don't drive it much.so it's not going away a week later.take to other mechanic and guy says the brake pads are not making enough contact when brake is being applied.shows me pads when taken off and says these are the cheapest pads for a vehicle to use.you could see the pads were only touching on half of the pads. $ 460.00 more on top of the 780.00 I already paid.avoid this place they use the cheapest parts they can and then give you b.s excuses for the work they did......buyer beware.
