On a Thursday night, when most shops would have locked the doors and headed home, their team stayed after hours to help my family after our truck broke down. We were stranded, stressed, and trying to figure out how to get back on the road — and they stepped in without hesitation. They didn’t have to stay. They didn’t have to go the extra mile. This campground turned out to be a real gem. The park is very well maintained, bathrooms clean, quiet guests, friendly management, and only minutes from Old Town Albuquerque! Did I mention it is also gated? The area was safe but being gated, it gave us additional assurance that our camper was safe while we were aeay. Yes, it is close to I-40 and thus, there is some expected highway noise but it isn’t bad at all considering the price and location. We will most definitely book this RV campground on future trips!!!!

Outstanding Service again at High Desert Auto and RV! Brett is extremely helpful and takes a lot of time explaining different battery options for our motorhome making it far easier to choose what was most beneficial to us. He also removed and replaced the radio/rear/side camera display monitor with a far better product than the Axxera brand installed by Thor. He performed a safety check on tires and brakes so we have peace of mind traveling this season. It’s so important to have a mechanic that is Honest and Fair that does Excellent work! We will always return to High Desert Auto and RV for all of our repairs and maintenance needs.

Nothing but positive feelings for this repair shop. They are straight forward and quick with repairs. There 24 month warranty paid off greatly for me. I’ll continue to return for clean honest work.

Theses guys are the BEST RV people in San Bernardino County, i’ve had RVs for 13 years and the service and attention to detail and communication were all top-notch when I took my RV in to have them do electrical work. I would highly recommend them for any RV service work that anyone would need on their vehicle
