High Gear Towing

Very good ppl … just needed a battery jump for a 26’ box truck in the freezing cold and they came to the rescue …. prices were “Extremely Reasonable” especially as it relates to the previous company I contacted whilst being located immediately across the street from the establishment my truck was parked …. the dispatcher was very nice, helpful, and overall friendly as well, wish I could remember her name to take the opportunity to show her appreciation for her work … she was very professional and I hope this message reaches her anyways … overall I believe this company is very well deserving of the pristine reputation and 5 star status … driver was cool and professional as well … salute to you guys her/him and the rest of the crew/company, I rarely leave reviews so definitely impressed with

My truck broke down on 95 S New Brunswick Parkway. Long story short…some tow truck company got me off the highway safely and left my truck at their garage. Next morning I called to assigned another tow truck to take the truck for a service and Jason came to a rescue, he was very nice, and kind…as we traveled to the auto shop for the service I received a call from the shop that there won’t be a mechanic working today…soonest will be tomorrow. Unfortunately I live an hour away from there and I need the truck and can’t wait till tomorrow so Jason said “I will tow you wherever you want me to”, that save my day. Jason and High Gear towing can just do their job as the insurance assigned them to and leave me there but they welling to go an inch longer for me. So I want to say Thank you to Jason a

Fast and friendly service and professional as well. Kept me informed about ETA, called when they were closer to the time and told me what they needed to do. My car was towed to the dealership, I was able to ride along in the warm truck and had great conversation.

I needed to move a vintage car that currently does not run, from my old house to new house. High gear was amazing. The weather caused me to reschedule a couple times. Everyone over at High Gear is great. Dispatch was so accommodating and understanding. Our driver did a superb job navigating two long narrow drives. I didn’t catch his name, but he was just so careful with my vehicle. Highly recommend for both scheduled and emergency towing needs. It’s no surprise why their reviews are so good.
