High Mount Towing & Roadside

I attempted to use this towing company, however their process to dispatch a service provider is the most inefficient, time-consuming, and ultimately impossible process — to where after being on the call for 30 min, and still not having a driver dispatched to my location, I had to hang up and find someone else. First of all, they farm out their phone service to a 3rd party, and I had a very difficult time hearing and understanding their rep. And again, all this time I’m on the phone, no driver is enroute, which means even had I been able to complete the process, I’d still be waiting another hour — that they could have used to have the driver almost to me. I am highly frustrated that I wasted my time, received no help, and ultimately am still broke down on the side of the road. I highly reco
