Horrible HOA. They dug a deep trench across the road in mid April of this year which totaled my vehicle and caused significant damage to other vehicles belonging to the residents. As of late August, they have refused to take any responsibility or even speak with me about the issue, insisting instead that I sue. These are the kind of people running this HOA. Save your money, spare yourself the headaches, and look elsewhere for a place to live.

Ok I currently live at Del Webb but a friend gave me a tour of this. I was amazingly surprised how nice it looked and the amenities they offer. His HOA is less than mine. The club house is beautiful and I'm guessing far less homes utilize it.
