The mechanics are well trained, able to quickly analyze most problems and provide solutions. Very respectful of your vehicle. Pricing is very reasonable. They call you first to discuss your options before any work is completed. When you get your bill; you see exactly what you were billed for. I recommended this service repair company to the company I work for and so far multiple vehicles have been serviced here. I even bring all of my personal vehicles here. Trust is very important. Highland is the best! I’ve taken both a 1978 van and a 1995 Montero there for service the last two years or so and they’re always efficient, professional, communicative, and affordable/great at chatting about options within budget + being aware of what will need to be done in the future. Needed a outside, left, rear tire replaced. We has purchased a tire from another shop and then was told they couldn't handle that size tire. We were given a time the next day. Service was performed by a professional and courteous staff. Very pleased at the service and price provided. We would use them again. The photo is off the old tire that was replaced.
