I would give them a 0 out of 5 if I can, I will honestly tell everyone I know to avoid this place, I had an accident where I hit a deer. I needed to take my truck back multiple times to fix my truck. It started off with them saying my truck was done, but every warning light when turned on, they broke my windshield putting it back together. Today I had an issue with my digital fuel gauge. I was lied to on the phone saying it wasn’t them who changed the software etc. I took my car into Feldman Chevy and they flashed my truck back to normal. I recommend to avoid highland collision…..

Took care in after it was hit in a parking lot. They were quick and looks great. They also fully detailed inside and out. Looked like a new truck when I picked it up. Highly recommend!

An excellent estimate of how long the job would take and the quality of the repair. I also appreciated the ride to and from the location. The detailing was a wonderful surprise perk.

I highly recommend Highland Road Collision! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. After a minor accident, I needed my rear bumper repaired. Rich and his team not only sourced the part quickly, but they also finished the work two days earlier than promised. The exterior repairs look fantastic, and to my surprise, they went above and beyond by giving the interior a cleaning as well. Excellent service, quality workmanship, and great attention to detail—couldn’t ask for a better experience!
