Highland Tire and Auto Service

This is my go to place for tires, oil changes and services for all the family cars. The staff is great and has been for years. The techs and mechanics know their stuff and always do a great job. Keep up the great work!

This used to be my "go to" mechanic. I've brought 3 different cars here over a 7+ year period and they're not exactly close to me. I brought my Jeep in today. After being told there was a $170 diagnostic fee (which never used to exist), it turned out they couldn't diagnose the problem. So, they charged me $200 and I left with my engine light still on because they really weren't sure what the issue was. If you can't confidently diagnose a problem, why in the world would you charge the customer $200 for a "diagnostic" service? I'm going to another mechanic today to see if they can determine what the issue is. This used to be a great place but now they seem to be more concerned with the money ...

Take your car here if you want to be told different things are wrong with your car only to find out that they fixed something that didn't even need to be repaired. Then every time you go there's a new issue. Usually at least a thousand dollars in repair. This used to be a really good, honest place but not any more. Gave 1 star only because I couldn't give less.

Went in prepared to pay $30 for a tire patch but it ended up being free. Jeremy was helpful and polite. The service was pretty quick even though they had stuff to take care of before they got to me.

Another Rescue from Highland Tire! In town visiting my children and ran over a bolt in the road that penetrated my tire and gave me a flat tire. Called and they were able to order a tire and pick up from the warehouse. Had me fixed up and back on the road within 2 hours . I could not of asked for better service. Thank you Tim / Jeremy!
