Highlands Original Car Wash

The pre-treatment removed the paint from the hood, roof and trunk. When I asked the attendant he said he noticed that but there was nothing he could do. Suffice to say this was a horrendous response to them removing paint from my car. I highly recommend never using this car wash.

This is the BEST car wash in Louisville, hands down! The two managers are extremely kind and beyond helpful. I recently got a new car and they have done the most amazing job with both the interior and exterior. I will never go to any other wash in town again after how great the service at Highland's Original Car Wash was. Would give six stars if I could!!!!! (ALSO, the work basset hound puppy puts the biggest smile on my face every time!)

I was happily on a monthly plan for years, but after they upgraded I first noticed that my side mirrors were now pushed out of place. No big deal, but last time the brushes actually pulled the front right quarter panel ajar from its tabs. My car is a Lexus, so I'm pretty sure they should adjust those things down some! Until they do, I'll go elsewhere.

I have been looking for a superb car wash since moving to Lou! This one fit my vision because it was cheeeeap ($6!!!) and had vacuums for afterwards. The fellas who answered my phone call and who assisted in my wash were kind and patient and even grabbed stuff out of my truck bed for me, holding the stuff till my wash was over. Will def be going back.

I went for the economy wash. I found it no good at all. It didn’t even rinse the soap off my vehicle. I won’t go back to this car wash. Very unsatisfactory. I’ve done The economy wash in the past and it did a much better job. At least it rinsed the soap off my vehicle. I talked to the staff, but they offered no satisfaction.
