I bought my 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander yesterday from Highline Car Connection in Waterbury, CT, and let me tell you… I am obsessed! From the moment I pulled onto the lot, the experience was smooth, welcoming, and genuinely enjoyable! Thomas and Terrence were absolutely incredible! They made sure I felt confident with my choice. The whole process felt easy, transparent, and honestly exciting. And the Outlander itself? Gorgeous. Comfortable. Family-ready. The interior feels way more high-end than you’d expect for the price, the ride is smooth, and the tech features are super intuitive. I’m already in love. To say that I don’t like Car Dealerships is an understatement. I’ve had many bad experiences with poor customer service, inflexibility, and shady business practices (Carvana for example). Highline was a breath of fresh air! Thomas in Sales and Terence in Finance did everything they could to work with me on a used Jeep Wrangler purchase. I was really impressed on how personable and friendly both were. Additionally, they were very transparent in all parts of the buying process. It was pretty fast and painless. This is my third buying experience from Highline and it won’t be my last. Probably the best used car Dealership within driving distance for me, I would “Highly” recommend.

I was overwhelmed at the thought of buying my first car but Highline Car Connection eased my worries by making the process easy and enjoyable. If you happen to take my advice, you will experience a dealership with a warm, welcoming energy and a much more intimate feel to it than most others. It is obvious that they are real people who genuinely care about making you feel comfortable and taken care of. I appreciate the time and effort they put into this buying experience. I highly recommend Highline Car Connection I stopped there on a whim and ended up driving away with a beautiful BMW convertible. Todd the sales person that I worked with was fantastic it was by far one of the easiest car buying experiences I’ve ever had. The dealership worked together as a team so I could drive home that very day with my car again I highly recommend them and if I could give them more than five stars, I would. I am one happy girl :-)

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to Hector and Charlie for making my car purchase the BEST experience I’ve ever had buying a car! After months of searching both at dealerships as well as “Carvana” First off no amount of ease of buying a car online through Carvana did NOT appeal to me without actually seeing and touching, test driving a vehicle or talking with a human being, secondly at the dealerships I stopped at I was not impressed with the feeling of being stalked for a sale and didn’t really get a knowledgeable person to answer the different questions I had weighing my options between different vehicles.
