Took my van here to get the oil changed and the dipstick replacement I had bought was the wrong size. They didn't do the oil change that day and saved my coupon until I returned a couple of weeks later with the right-sized dipstick. A great value for a full blend synthetic oil change at $57 with the coupon and they also provided an assessment of suggested repairs with no pressure and reasonable price estimates. Front desk staff were all courteous which is always a plus. Highly recommend; I will be using this auto shop again in the future.

I had my brakes inspected at HighTech fully expecting to hear that I needed brakes. My car is 8 years old and has 78,000 miles. Much to my surprise, I was told I did not need them yet!! I appreciate HighTech's honesty. They are my go-to mechanic!!

Hi-tech has been my go to since it accommodates my payment methods, but since going I’ve been treated as a valued customer. They have gone out of their way to look for ‘squeeking’ sounds or whatever problems I have without charge sometimes. I’m always greeted by my first name and remembered. They are very polite and accommodating to my schedule. They also call/text me with updates so I always know what’s going on with bigger jobs. I do hate that there is always something wrong with my car, but that’s not their fault. lol. I highly recommend high tech automotive for people in the Rutherfordton area for its convenience and reliability. Thanks for all the hard work y’all do!

I have just recently started coming to this shop and I am overly amazed every single time! The team is honest, they work diligent and they go above and beyond for their customers! I live kinda out of the way but I do not mind making that drive for these guys. I know I can trust them with my vehicle and I recommend them to ANYBODY, who needs a goto mechanic.

I've been taking my business there for quite some time. They're extremely professional, as well as having an understanding to your needs. Excellent technicians. They're all ASE Certified. The two young ladies at the front desk have wonderful customer service attributes, as well as having a great sense of humor.
