Been going to Chuck since I got my first car back in 2006, he's awesome. He's always willing to help you, even if you're out of state and can't get to him and are dealing with mechanics who don't know what they're doing, he'll tell them what to do so you can get on your way! (Actually happened, was stuck in DE, he saved the day with a quick phone call to the mechanics)

Made an appointment a week in advance, when I showed up they turned me away, said they were overbooked. I asked what's the point of an appointment if you're just going to turn people away when they show up. They had no answers, seemed very dismissive and indifferent.

I couldn't recommend this place any more highly. Chuck and his staff are both skilled and friendly, making sure that you get a reliable, cost-effective solution for anything you bring them. I've gone to garages in other states and areas and always felt like I was being cheated, talked down to, or rushed out the door, but Highview is fantastic every time. I've been coming back for almost a decade, and I'll continue to in the future despite living farther away. A good, reliable mechanic is worth their weight in gold, so I make the trip when I can.

Just had a new wheel fitted. The service at Highview was friendly, polite and efficient and the job well priced. What more could you ask for. Thoroughly recommend

While visiting a relative in town Chuck took the time to check my daughter's recovered stolen vehicle the day before Thanksgiving. It was a great comfort to me and my family. Thanks so much. Happy Holidays.
