I've been doing business with Rick for the last 2+ years, I've bought 2 SUV's from him and haven't had a single complaint and all I can say is, he is the ABSOLUTE best. He's patient, walks you through an issue so that you can fix it yourself, so long as it's something simple. Any major problems, he gets you in as quick as your schedule allows, he explains everything if you ask him questions. He doesn't treat you like an idiot.
