Had to go in to get my air conditioner fixed because it stopped working. Was able to leave next day. Had to turn around and go back because it quit working again just like that. Now I'm finally able to get this load delivered. Uhhhh, nope! Now my air conditioning won't shut off. I have absolutely no heat now. Drove as long as I could without crashing with a really fogged up windshield and passenger window. Had to roll window down to get warm air inside cab to help keep windshield clear of foggiest. Now I have to stop at a Loves and see if they can fix it. My load was supposed to be delivered yesterday morning. UGH!!

This is the worst mechanic shop in Winchester VA. Do not even waste your time getting a quote. It will be wayyyyy to high. Then you will have to take your truck somewhere to fix their mistakes. So it will cost triple. Just do yourself a favor amd avoid this place at all costs.

Pretty frustrated with this place at this point. Dropped truck off in July. Told them it had an overheating issue and the injectors were bad. Asked them to do a road test until it overheated. They said it was just low on coolant bc a clamp came off one of the hoses. I explained that wasn't the issue causing it to overheating. They provided me with a quote for the injectors and CPU. It was about double what I expected. Had multiple conversations about it if they thought the truck was worth dumping money into. They finally convinced me the overheating issue was fixed and said with new injectors, it'd be good to go. They did the injectors work quick. First time driving it overheated. While sitting waiting for it to cool down the truck shut down. They sent a tech out and quickly identified th

Great people, I had a minor problem with fuel filter, guys at TA didn't tighten up enough after oil change so I had fuel spilling. I called these guys, they took me in immediately, tighten it, checked that everything is good. and they didn't charge me a penny. it was all done within 15-20 min. Everyone was super polite and helpful.
