They sold me a truck for several thousand over the book value guaranteeing that it was "good to go for another 150,000" and I now have over $40,000 in a truck that books for under 20k. The truck was unsafe to drive from the start and I have to assume that a blind man checked it over before they sold it to me. The motor failed, the front end fell apart, all the major components failed radiator, fuel pump, water pump, and the transmission was set to a small tire and I'm lucky it didn't fall apart yet. The rear end is about to fly out of the truck because of the unsafe u bolts holding it in are cut too short, and in top of that they told me they had no interest in making it right. One of the best places I have ever dealth with. I have purchased 3 vehicles from him now and it has been the best deals I have found anywhere. I had an issue with a transmission in one after I purchased it and he replaced no questions asked with a brand new one at the GM dealer and Chuck provided me a rental while it was being replaced very quickly. He even got the upgraded unit with unlimited mileage over the stock unit even though it cost quite a bit more without me even asking. Can't beat this service anywhere.

Chuck went out of his way to make a 3 hour drive well worth it. The truck was exactly as described with no pressure at all to buy. All dealers should strive to be like them.
