2nd time using Hill Country Custom, Ashton handled my truck and kept me updated during the whole process while working with my insurance, quick turn around and not only did it come back in better shape, it was also clean! Thanks again, hope to not have to use yall, but if needed will be coming back, along with recommendations for anyone else

This company is amazing. The customer service was top shelf. Aston (shop manager) very professional, courteous, friendly, she made me feel at ease and confident like my Jeep’s issues were a number one priority. My 2017 Jeep Patriot was rear ended at a stop light in downtown Seguin. The tailgate, rear bumper needed attention. Tailgate was replaced as well as step pad, chrome trim, badges (4x4, High Altitude) replaced, black under bumper facia, replaced. Jeep was washed in and out at time of pick up, even the tires were shiny. It looks factory new. The repair was done, finished in time, as promised. I couldn’t be more satisfied. USAA recommended them and am so glad USAA did. Fantastic results. Thank you Ashton and Gary.

Kudos!!!!! Great experience one of the best. Let me say usaa got nothing on roadside assistance..... Donald was amazing and only 20 mins all the way to canyon lake. Never have I ever had a tow truck show up that fast. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ had an oil issue he got my car hooked up and outta the driveway then sprinkled pete moss over the oil that leaked. I asked if he knew a trust worthy shop got a phone number I couldn't be more pleased. Quick and painless thank you for all that you guys do.. mama is 84yrs old gets very anxious when things are complicated this was the exact opposite 😅

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had with a towing company. I ordered a tow through AAA at 11:00 AM and was matched with Hill Country Custom Tow. The driver told me he couldn’t make the original 12:45 PM time because he was on another tow and said he’d arrive around 1:30 PM. I texted him the exact address and spoke with him directly. My boyfriend even walked to the intersection so he could easily spot us and guide him into the correct parking lot. Instead of showing up, the driver closed out the case without ever arriving. I then received an automated message asking how my service was, even though no service had been provided. I submitted another request through AAA and was matched with Hill Country Custom

Paul was sent to tow my 1969 Corvette which would not get out of gear. he was very careful but also quick. when the tires would not roll he used a very old school approach to carefully load the Vette by sliding the bed down and back and moving his truck rearward. he sprayed water and soap on the bed so the tires would slide on. basically busted his tail to make sure it was done right and didn’t damage my classic.i really appreciated it. he was very professional when i was a little testy when he showed up. he was professional and on time but i was still mad from my car stopping out of nowhere. big shout out to Paul and HCC. !!!!
