When our RV trailer was disabled 10 miles south of Springfield with a failed wheel bearing on a Saturday night and we could not find an open shop, a resident who graciously stopped to assist us called Gary at Hilltop Tires, who personally came out to us Sunday morning to start the process of getting us back to town. The Hilltop Tires team removed the irreparable axle so we could drive back to town. Gary arranged for the preparation of a new axle in Denver – and went to get it – while the Hilltop Tires team simultaneously addressed an acceleration issue with our tow vehicle that had recurred. Due to Gary and the team’s perseverance and expertise, we were back on the road to Texas as soon as part availabilities allowed.
