Absolutely amazing staff. Very knowledgeable!! And eagerness to help. Smitty Plus all the other salesmen took the time to help me pick the right bike for me being a beginner and explained every step of the process. None of them was pushy or too busy to answer any and all questions. I had an absolutely amazing time . Very fair prices and a very fun environment

I bought a four wheeler from there and I’ve had good luck with it. It’s amazing four wheeler they give you good deals too.

So to follow up on my previous review, I cannot change my rating. I waited a couple days to cool my head and go back into hillbilly cycle sales, to get my 4 wheeler, turns out the shop performed maintenance on my 4 wheeler that I did not ask for. I took it in for a bent valve and a bad front output shaft bearing, they said the valve was not bent just out of adjustment, and was not able to recreate the noise from the bearing, but they changed the oil and filter replaced the spark plug and air filter and replaced my battery, they did a valve adjustment, charged me for two hours labor and the parts totaling up to $526.00. When I dropped it off to them I told them if it is not covered under warranty to call me I would pay their diagnostic rate and fix it myself, but never got a phone call

I took my Honda Foreman 520 to hillbilly cycle sales in Princeton W.V. because it was not running right, I told them to let me know if it was covered under warranty before performing repairs. Without any communication, not letting me know it would not be covered under warranty, and not providing an estimate for the repairs, they went ahead and performed the repairs, and slammed me with a bill for $526.00. When I expressed my concerns that the work had not been authorized, they said well this is what you owe us for the work.

Just moved to the Princeton area, unfortunately I had to have my bike in storage for over a year. Took it in to Bubba downstairs and had new tires put on and an oil change. Very reasonable prices and pretty prompt service. Hillbillies will be my goto bike shop now. Very happy with them
