Five stars for this shop. They provided honest feedback on my 2014 Kia Sorento which resulted in less money spent in their shop, but a better outcome for me. Because of this, and the work the team did put in, I was able to obtain the full estimated trade-in value on my vehicle, instead of sinking more money into an unreliable automobile. Super responsive and personable team, too.

The shop overall is friendly, clean, and responsive and their work was fast. However I feel their price was pretty steep considering I had just had a valve cover gasket replacement. The valve cover gasket for this particular instance is typically between 20 to maybe 50 at the very high end. The time to replace should take less than two hours to do. So don't give me wrong. I realize every business has to make money and there's a reasonable amount to be made but I feel for the price of the gasket their labor rates are way on the upper end for what this was and comparable to the dealership. Ultimately, it's my fault for not calling around and getting various quotes. In the past I've used Hilliard automotive and thought his price was fair and the work was quality. These guys are amazing! U had a bolt in my tire. I stopped in on my way to work to see if they could repair it on my lunch break. They fixed it in under 10 min!!! I was able to make it to work on time and still have my lunch break to get other tasks done I had already planned! I highly recommend!

I have been to two other reputable automotive shops in recent years and have always received a laundry list of suggested repairs with each visit. However, when a friend recommended Hilliard’s, it was such a breath of fresh air. They did not try to up sell me (especially as a female customer), and their service was honest, timely, and reasonably priced. I have finally found my new go-to automotive shop!

I took my Ford Bronco sport in for a routine oil change and Chris and Jake found that I had nails in my tire . They quickly diagnosed a solution and treated me like family! I highly recommend Hilliard Automotive!
