Brought my vehicle in for engine light and they charged me 300 and told me a repair would be over 3k so I asked for a price break down on parts and labor and they just sent an email that said atleast 3k and once the job is started they can't stop. Which is obvious but why can't I get a price breakdown? They seem like they just make up numbers!!

I ordered accessories for my son's truck and had them shipped to Hillsboro Ford. When I picked them up, the person working in the parts department was very friendly and helpful. He let me know where to park to easily pick up the oversized parts. Overall it was a very pleasant and easy experience to get the accessories.

Scheduled a SI & Oil change and had to change the date 2 days before. They were able to move me back to later in that day which was perfect. Happened to park the Mustang GT in there lot right at 16,000.0 miles kinda funny.

Such a great experience dealing with the service department and body shop! When my brand new van got hit the day I bought it, I had to wait two weeks before getting the go ahead from the insurance company to get it fixed, then the dealership I bought it from couldn't get it in for another 3 weeks! I called Hillsboro Ford and they had me drop it off that night! As soon as they got the estimate from the insurance company, they went to work and had it back to me within a week!
