Hillsboro Towing Service

My car broke down when the engine light came on, and I called Hillsboro Towing for help. Neil was very professional and handled everything with care — he loaded my car smoothly onto the big tow truck and delivered it safely to the shop. Excellent and reliable service! I really appreciate the help. It cost 240$ for 12 miles.

Car engine seized up pulled over side of road. Called Hillsboro towing. Sean came very nice guy. Towed to my mechanic and even drove me home. Best driver ever. Such a great guy. Loved the pictures of his dog Lilly and the stories. R.I.P. sweet Lilly. Thanks Sean...your amazing 👏

My CV axel snapped on my way out of a parking garage on the second floor and I called a different place that told me it would be almost impossible to get out. I called Hillsboro Towing and they had the best customer service, treated me with so much kindness and positivity, and they got there so quickly. They had the best attitude, I can’t remember my drivers name (If you are that driver and remember this occurrence please comment your name, you were so great!), but he was great! He even parked my car in our awkward to enter garage even though it took more time! I was so happy to go with them, it was so easy and it made me feel, as a not-educated-in-anything-car girl so comfortable and not stupid.

This company helped us when my wife got stuck on hwy 26 when she got a flat tire, unfortunately I was not there with her and she did not have the necessary tools to put the spare tire on! So I called and they said 60 to 90 min eta which was understandable given the distance as it took me an hour to get out there! We unfortunately don’t own any of the necessary tools to change a tire at this time and all I wanted to do was get to my wife so she wasn’t alone in the dark! I arrived an hour and a half later and the driver had not shown up yet again I’m not complaining about the wait my main complaint is that when she arrived to help us out she asked why she was there is I was there and why I didn’t change the tire myself! Who does that!! I’m paying you to help me and my wife if I had the right

Great service!! I called for a jump after using my storage bay lights longer than usual (bus) thinking I needed it but after an hour and a half and two trucks I still had nothing at the key. Thankfully one of the drivers suggested I double check for it being in neutral and it solved the problem. I've never made that mistake before but I was so grateful for their patience and help that I wasn't sore about the cost. Thanks again!!
