Hillside Car Wash and Lube

Extremely disappointed with the service. The car wash and detailing were poorly done — the car was not properly cleaned, and the vacuuming was incomplete with dirt still visible inside. The staff’s attitude was rude and unprofessional. When I asked to speak to the manager, he was even worse and simply said, “This is how we clean.” Paying $60 for this level of service is completely unacceptable

Don’t waste your time going here I’ve told myself that I would stop coming but this was the last straw. Imagine going to wash your car paying for the premium service just for your car to come out with the interior being damn near the same, bird shit still being in the car and multiple scratches all over the car. This is unacceptable and if you think about going here,DONT!!!!!!!

I went here to wash my car on a whim. I visited my family over the thanksgiving break and they all asked me did I get a new car because the paint looks newer and brighter. That being said, I will be coming to this car wash moving forward.

Service has changed. Had me choose the top service tier to include my trunk and did not even touch it. Everything else was barely cleaned but then super greased. Two scratches on the right side of my car and quarters taken out of my center console. The front of my car is still dirty, doesn't even look like they tried to wipe it. Waste of $, go elsewhere.
