I brought my car in for a regular check-up and had a great experience. The process was smooth and everything was handled efficiently. John took care of all the paperwork and made sure everything was straightforward. He also helped take care of my NYC inspection during the visit, which made things really convenient. Overall, very good service and an easy experience.

I recently visited the Hillside Toyota parts department to pick up a part for my Toyota Highlander, and I had a great experience. They had the part I needed in stock, which was a huge plus. The price they gave me was also much better than the quote I received from another Toyota location. I believe the person who helped me was John. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed. It’s always nice dealing with someone who clearly knows their job and treats customers well. I’ll definitely be returning in the future whenever I need parts. I’m also planning to try their service department based on how helpful the parts team was. Highly recommend!

I want to express that I feel as if I've been robbed today by your dealership. I've had many great experiences in the past with you guys. My 2024 Rav4 was bought from your Hillside Dealership 2 years ago and has been only serviced at your service center. I have nothing but compliments for your team. However, today is a different story. Here is how today went for me. I brought my Rav4 in today (10/4/25) at 10:00 am for an Oil Change and Tire Rotation and a diagnostic on a noise coming from the front right and front left side of the car. My service advisor, Kevin Daas told me the system is down and they are unable to perform a diagnostic. I was understanding and decided to just go with just an Oil Change and a Tire Rotation. $169 + tax cash. One of staff was kind enough to drive me to the

Came here for an issue I was having with my vehicle. Got taken care of by Samuel. Great rep and guy. Did his best to get me out of there and on my way. I had to leave my vehicle for the day for repair but he quickly accommodated me with a loaner with no issues. Overall good experience and my issue was fixed in the end. Thanks!
