Hilltop Camper and RV

I reached out through their website on a Sunday about a specific RV, and he responded almost instantly, saying he’d dig into my questions and send a video first thing Monday morning. Sure enough, Monday rolled around and I had detailed answers and a thorough walk-around video inside and out waiting in my inbox. Communication was fast, honest, and professional the entire time. We purchased a camper back in 2018 from Hilltop in Fridley. They have always been amazing to work with. They remember me each time I come in and are like seeing old friends. I just picked our camper up after having some Maintenance items fixed. Kayle did a fantastic job. She communicated frequently with me on status. Answered any questions and had the fixes complete ahead of schedule. The crew at Hilltop are amazing! And JP always has a fishing story to tell! I wouldn’t buy or service our trailer anywhere else.

From the moment we walked in the door and met our salesman, Craig, our experience was excellent. Craig is professional, knowledgeable, kind and so easy to work with. He offered ideas/options for models that fit our requirements, we ended up with the perfect camper, and couldn’t be more pleased with it. His communication and follow up were also fabulous. The orientation process with Jake was also top notch, he is so knowledgeable, very friendly and professional, his process covered everything we needed to know. Dustin made the paperwork processing organized, fast and systematic. We were greeted with friendly conversation and coffee each time we were at the store. Hilltop is our dealer of choice going forward.

We have dealt with Camping World and knew we wouldn't buy a camper from them because they were pushy and unwilling to disclose or discuss prices easily. When we went to Hilltop, it was to look at and discuss pricing. Hilltop wasn't pushy; they were friendly, open about pricing, and willing to answer ALL of our questions about the travel trailers. We ended up buying a new travel trailer, and the team at Hilltop Camper and RV was terrific to work with. Not that I don't want to see them again, but if there is anything we need, I know they will be there for us and our campers' needs.

Had a great experience at Hilltop after getting the run around at RV World in Ramsey (now defunct and not to be confused with the current ownership). JP was great to work with. Had my pop up serviced with the help of Tara and opted to trade it in for something that fit our family better. Shout out to Craig, Dustin and Jake who were all equally helpful. Everyone was top notch
