We rented from Rick at a discounted rate compared to the big name rental companies. We were picked up promptly from the airport and we were on our way in minutes. We drove an older but clean Civic Hybrid which was super efficient on gas. Our flight out was early and Rick had us just drop the keys and the car at the airport parking lot. We received our deposit refund within a day. I’d use the agency again on my next visit.

Rick Ohani was a super nice guy. We Rented a nice car for our 2 week stay on the Big Island . The Mazda was not new but clean and well maintained Price was significantly lower than the big name rental agencies and communication and service were excellent.
