Hilton Head BMW Service Center

Came from out of state to get my vehicle looked at here. I have a pre owned BMW that was still under warranty from a separate dealer. My local dealer gave me grief about me wanting to do an inspection on the vehicle and to have a malfunction code looked at, so I took the 45 minute drive up to SC instead. My service advisor, Casey, was great and easy to work with. Car was inspected, brakes flushed, and even washed afterwards, while I waited. Very professional and quick, would highly recommend!

Unfortunately I have to give these guys a 2 star. Recently took my car there due to a emergency vibration issue before a long trip. Have to admit they got my engine mount issue and suspension issue right but they rebalanced my tires and did my alignment wrong. After I got back to Toronto I had my own independent specialist look at the car and wheel balancing was messed up and so was my alignment. I did change the mounts and shocks but regardless the balancing was a mess and also the alignment and only after that was fixed did the vibrations finally go away. Car rock solid now. Sad that a dealer can't get this basic stuff right. People seemed nice.

I can't say enough good things about this service center. Despite living in Charlotte, I actually plan my vehicle maintenance around my vacations to Hilton Head because of the exceptional service I receive here. Brad and his team are knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. They never try to upsell me on unnecessary services and always ensure my car runs smoothly. I highly recommend them!

Worst service department around! 3 hours for an oil change, and now I am getting transmission errors the next day.
