Great work but they are too overwhelmed.. ZERO communication doesn’t ever answer phone calls or returns calls after leaving voicemails. Didn’t expect it after the first time I went by because it seemed decent the owner was super friendly and gave good tips on maintaining a Allison the son was on his work and informative about everything but then dropped my truck off a few weeks later and it was sketchy how there was no communication idk if I would’ve know they were like that I wouldn’t have dropped my truck off.

All I can say is that they are amazing, they deserve praise! No they don’t always answer the phone and it’s a bit of phone tag but the mechanics aren’t receptionist. They’re super busy but will still do what they can to take care of you as fast as they can. I really wont be taking my truck anywhere again other then Hiner. Thank you guys so much!

Extremely rude when I told him I wanted to take my truck somewhere else. Charged me 300 dollars to drive my truck around for 4 hours to do a test and tell me stuff I already know.. do yourself a favor and never go there!!

They are awful! They never communicate, take their time, and will lie about the price being charged and double it at the end or threaten to not give your vehicle back. Save yourself the trouble and don’t go there.

Chris came to my rescue, got engine running in less than 5 minutes and even followed us across bridge, I couldn't be happier and will be happy to recommend him
