Such a great auto body shop!! Working with this crew was so easy and stress free! The ladies at the front desk are so sweet and walk you through the paperwork and payment process with ease. I've now had repairs done here twice and both times have been fantastic! I received updates and transparent communication the whole way through and repairs were finished earlier than anticipated. Although I hope i won't have to come again, I know if I do, I'll be well taken care of.

(Posting this second 8/10/24) Excellent service from front desk, Luis (estimator), and repairs. AGAIN, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Great service, communication, customer service and cost. They went out of their way to make sure it was done right. My car was washed and vacuumed, so I was pleasantly surprised! I highly recommend!

I needed to replace the fender apron extension bracket on my BRZ, and this shop did an outstanding job. The headlight and fender fit perfectly like OEM—they carefully test-fitted my parts without rushing. They also straightened the crash bar corner and radiator support for proper headlight alignment, addressed surface rust from chipped paint, and repainted areas to prevent corrosion. Impressed by their professionalism, I trusted them with my fender and bumper cover paint job (Sapphire Blue Pearl, WCH). The new paint matched my existing color so closely that it’s hard to tell the difference, even in sunlight. Wonderful customer service! They were prompt with getting my car fixed unlike the other Auto Body shop I went to first just to get an estimate of my car repair. Didn't hear from them at all!! Hinshaws did a great job! 🙂

Had an amazing experience from customer service to receiving back my car. Which was shining like brand new. Thanks team and to Diana who ensured I was informed at every stage No one likes accidents but if it happens I would vouch for Hinshaw's Auto Body any day
