Our visit was absolutely great. Great service, friendly employees, they do the extra items as a matter of routine which makes us feel good. Quality work for decent prices. We are so glad we "found" Hippensteel's when we moved to the area. They are a treasure and we treasure their service and kindnesses.

Hippensteel was responsive and timely. Meagan presented a great introduction to me as a first time customer.

The water pump went out on my car right as I got to work. I called Hippensteel because they were close and offered towing. Not only did they come get my car quickly, but they were quick to go over the car and get back to me with a quote. The next day, the car was fixed and ready to go! Megan was super nice and helpful, and I was blown away with how fast the whole process went. The price of repair was very reasonable and overall a great experience. I can't thank them enough for everything, and I will definitely go to them the next time I need any repairs!
