Excellent communication and repair. Our older car needed a replacement transmission in fall of 2024. Still going strong. This week, the transmission control module died. We limped the car to Hirst - our car doctor! - and 24 hours later, the car drives normally and smoothly again. Highly recommend!

Love this business. They fixed my transmission 4 years ago and this time it was a problem with the hoses. I was visiting from Tennessee and they were able to get my car fixed quick and the service was great. Ask for Steve... the owner...he knows all about transmissions!!!! I’ve had a very pleasant experience with Steve, Sherry, and of course the other people who work here. I had a transmission and a battery put in and It’s been about 13 months since. My battery has conked out ( could be from working from home), but I called Hirst and they honored my warranty and helped me get a new battery with a 2 day turnaround. They even offered to install it. These people are great professionals, communicators, and best in the industry. Thank y’all!

Wonderful job on my Suburban. I didn't realize that my transmission had been sick for a while until Hirst rebuilt it. Working like new, smooth as silk.
