Hitchcock Square

Managers can only keep their job if they keep all the beds filled. Corporate management supplies only the amount of food needed each month. No more. Local managers often have to run out and get some peanut butter and bread at end of month to feed folks. Cleanliness and care is a joke. A good referral from them to move your family member out will never happen, because as I said they have to keep the beds filled.

My wife was here for two weeks while I went on respite care. I will highly recommend this facility and the personnel there. I was very happy with the care my wife received . It is very clean and and she came home very happy .

I moved my mother to Hitchcock Square a year ago from another facility and her transformation has been incredible. She loves being there and is thriving. While at the other facility she had one illness after another yet since being at Hitchcock her health has greatly improved. I am so grateful to the staff and management for the wonderful care they provide for her.
