Worst experience ever . Barely even spoke and attitude was horrible . I just wanted sr22 info

Insured me for several years when I had some points on my own license and several young sons on my policy. They do SR-22's altho not my problem. Very easy to deal with, always respectful, quick and efficient. I went into office monthly to pay premium. Office is not fancy, but convenient location with good parking. Not cheap, but that was related to my points and high-risk young drivers. I think price was fair and better than some other places.

My Husband and I went there to get insurance on our vehicles. Wow they are so much better an cheaper. Neither one of us has any tickets. I thought Leon Hix Ins Company, wasn't here in Spartanburg, South Carolina anymore. They deal with 5 or 6 Insurance Companies. We got a good deal for my 2012 Hyundai Genesis, and his 2013 Dodge Truck. Yesssssss‼️🙂 Thank U Leon Hix Insurance

I left this company after 3 months 6 days. Please... If you need insurance check around before settling with them. I was able to get my new policy for the entire 6 months for what i put down and 1st month with them. They finance you...bc they pay your full 6 months in advanced(even though i had wanted to do that, and was told i couldnt bc of the sr22), nope its bc they want to charge you over$100/month in "finance" charges. I have never been so misled... And sooo misinformed. They also make you wait 30 days before they cancel your policy so they can charge you the interest and dont have to refund you the full amount your due bc of said "finance" charges. Thank goodness i found affordable insurance on reidville. Full coverage with roadside and paying over $80 less per month(but i dont even

Great customer service; the lady at the front desk is so nice and very helpful. The office has a good vibe to it as well.
