I called this morning at 8:15 am to schedule a van tow to a local mechanic, we set a pick up time at 9:30. He showed up 10 minutes early and got my van to the mechanic in about 15 minutes. Kent was super friendly and worked quickly with my time crunch. Great service, timely help, and reasonable price! Will recommend to friends and family (and google) in need of a tow.

From the initial call, to the driver who hauled my son’s vehicle, customer service from beginning to end was spot one! The call was placed around 1:40AM and the driver was there in less than 30 mins. This is the first time we’ve needed a 24 hour towing company. So thankful this was the first place we called. Hoping I don’t ever need services again, but if I do, Hix Towing is who I will call.

Absolutely thrilled! My vehicle broke down and I submitted a request for towing through Progressive at 11am. After another towing company was assigned the pickup, I waited over 5 hours just to receive a text that that company had canceled the pick up. Within minutes of having the pickup assigned to them, Hix towing was on the phone with me and had my vehicle back in my driveway within 30 minutes. Driver was very friendly and easy to talk with. I would highly recommend that if you need towing service, this is where you go. Thank you Hix!!!

After my insurance company's road side assistance left me hanging for 16 hours, I decided to bite the bullet and reach out to a towing company myself. The owner arrived quickly, was professional and polite, and got the car hauled over to Midas for me for a decent price. Thanks!
