Phil has exceptional customer service and went far beyond to get me the part that I had long chased after. His knowledge is 2nd to none. I would give 6 starts if that was an option, I have not experienced any customer service that's even near the level of service I received from HKP Tuning. I would highly recommend to everybody who's looking to purchase high-end after market parts for their cars. He has earned himself a customer for life in me!

I was looking for an AC Schnitzer spoiler for my BMW i8. Phil got one for me. Imported from Germany! This is not a part you can normally get in a few days or a week. Phil kept me updated with phone calls and texts regularly so I always knew what was going on. But the fun part was ending up in random conversations about cars or movies or whatever! He even sent my son and I a couple of sweet HKP T shirts while we waited! In today's world customer service seems to have been forgotten. NOT with HKP Tuning i found it to be simply amazing. Phil takes customer service very seriously actually cares about building relationships with customers. That alone has extremely high value. Something that seems to be forgotten by many companies. I must admit that I was VERY impressed with the customer service provided by Phil at HKP. We had an issue with a recent part, and he texted within minutes to help find a solution. Not only did he contact the manufacturer within minutes (in Germany), but kept us apprised of the status the whole time. Most of our conversations were outside of “normal” business hours. Do not hesitate to give this company your business, they really take care of their customers and honestly make you feel like family.
