H&M Tires & More

I feel it’s my obligation to inform consumers when there are businesses that practice unethical, immoral behavior and this is the case with H&M Tires and More located on Barker Cypress. I went to this place for a simple alignment that wasn’t so simple. I was offered a seat inside the office as I wait for services to be completed. The guy asked me to come outside to show me a screw extending from the top of my tire about an half inch, he offered to plug the tire and he recommend a tire rotation. I ignored all the warning signs that was letting me know I was being hustled, the shop was closed off where I had no view of the work area and how can a screw be standing a half an inch perfectly upright if I’m driving? What I got in return? No, alignment, a bill for $100 and all my tires stolen.

Great service and prices this is my second times using this place my son found them the people are also friendly; I will be using them all the time; I had my inspection done two weeks ago today oil change their service is above and beyond give them a try you won’t be disappointed.

Great Service, great prices and super fast turnaround time, called to special order tires and by 11am the next all 6 are installed and alignment done , definitely will keep coming back
