This is the most professional and customer oriented business I have worked with in a long time. My wife and I own a small repair business and deal with vendors and customers daily. We realize what it takes to maintain this level of quality. Not only did I receive a great product, I also received great service and immediate support from the Company Owner for questions I had. If you have any doubts about whether to buy from these folks, hesitate no more. This is where you need to get your lift. The fact that it is American made is icing on the cake. Great job guys. Order took 4 days to ship. Will update review if company makes things right. (Update) Wow, and a snarky response to top it off. There is a large gap between the “Amazon Standard” and 4 day shipping. I would recommend staying far away from this company. They clearly value neither your time or business.

I posted the following about a year ago "This lift is the greatest piece of equipment that you can have in your shop if you work on motorcycles." I need to add that the lift has been extremely valuable for working on lawn mowers and I even used it as a work surface for installing a new screen in a window frame.

After a lot of research, I recently purchased a lift from these folks. Lifts my Softail like it was a bicycle! Tremendous product and tremendous service. They answered my questions, gave me a date when the lift would be ready, loaded it into my truck. Small company that cares about their product and their customers. My only regret is not buying a lift years ago!

Totally love the Lyft I just received! The quality is 100% phenomenal and what’s perfect about it is it’s totally made in the USA, that’s one of the things that sold me on this product. The second thing that sold me on this product was the customer relations with the numerous phone calls with Jennifer, She is totally one-of-a-kind so easy to speak with and answered all my questions, Great person to have on your team, thank you!!!
