Scott from HnA was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I was referred by a friend who has had maintenance and repairs done on his Honda Accord and also had a great experience. I recently visited the shop for a battery replacement on my 2023 CR-V Hybrid and immediately knew I’d made the right choice. Before going in, I had called three Honda dealerships and received three different quotes for the same battery replacement—one of them an outrageous $323. It was a breath of fresh air to meet Scott and have him work on my CR-V. I’ll be dealing with Scott from now on instead of being taken for a ride by the dealers. Highly recommend HnA!

I experienced Scott at HNA for the first time and I couldn’t be happier. My 2016 MDX feels amazing. He fixed an issue I was having since a previous shop installed motor mounts incorrectly. Not even Honda dealer knew what was wrong! It’s great knowing he’s passionate and loves Hondas himself!

Employee/owner was very rude to me just for parking in the only available spot in the front of the store. I had to park in the front of the store for no less than 3 minutes to pick someone up from the store and the owner/employee came out and rudely knocked on my window, telling me to move down the parking lot because I was parked next to an expensive Acura. For context, i parked in the only open parking space in front of the store and the car he was so worried I was gonna hit was parked over the line. If you’re so worried about someone hitting your precious Acura, don’t park in a precarious position where it can be damaged, or put a cone in front of the empty parking space next to it. And above all else, don’t be rude to people right off the bat, I haven’t done anything wrong. Just sim
