I recently had these gentleman replace my brakes and rotors. I called every single brake shop in town prior to using them. They were the kindest, most knowledgeable, most willing to educate a mechanically challenged client. They explained what, why and how much. The final bill was what they quoted me. The job was done in one day. No surprises. Will definitely use again. (Btw half of the brake companies in town either couldn’t or wouldn’t give a rough price over the phone. Some said doing just the pads was fine, some wanted twice as much as these guys to do the whole job.).

Kyle and his team do great work with good communication and follow through have had both my 2025 ford and my older Honda in here and out of here both quickly and without issue pricing is also lower than most.

We are very pleased with the service provided by Hockinson Auto Repair. We dropped the rig off in the morning, and as promised, it was repaired shortly after the lunch hour. They saved us a tremendous amount of time waiting around! Before the repair, Kyle ordered the necessary parts, so that variable was already out of the way. They did a very complete vehicle inspection, making suggestions for future service needs, but not any high pressured up sale. Our bill was Exactly what was estimated, and we couldn’t be happier with our service.

Chose this place because they helped my kiddo on the way to school one morning when he was having car trouble. Figured they must be good people to help a kid out. Brought my diesel Ram in for some maintenance and they found some other pretty major stuff going on. Long story short their attention to detail saved my truck from from expensive and extensive repairs. Pricing was as expected and communication was great. Repairs were done quickly.
