Exceptional service! We had a fleet vehicle breakdown four hours away from home, I emailed Hodges Towing at 11 PM and got a response five minutes later and our vehicle was picked up before lunchtime the next day and they drove it four hours back home to Charlotte for us. My vehicle broke down in the grocery store parking lot, so I called Hodges for a tow. The driver showed up within 10 minutes of my call and had my vehicle loaded on the wrecker a few minutes later. He delivered it safely to the repair shop, and expertly unloaded it and got it parked. The driver was efficient, courteous, and professional. Highly recommended.
