Hoffman Car Wash

Since I pay a monthly fee, I go through the wash perhaps 3x per week. Today, I noticed that the undercarriage was still a mess - and yuk was still hanging. Such a disappointment! However, staff is super friendly, courteous and on-the-ball. But, at a monthly fee of $39.++, I expect my vehicle to be nice and clean😊

The best carwash I've been to. Powerful sprays clean debris before going under brushes. Vacuums are great, plus an air spray. You're always greeted by friendly staff.

As another reviewer wrote here, I used the self serve bay, and when finished it said $5 - and now I'm checking my CC activity, and it's saying $10. That, along with it being cold water not hot - I'd never go to this place again.

Paid $20 to get my car washed and it was still dirty, on the sides and in the rear. Definitely not worth the money won't be coming back

Not impressed! I utilized the self-service car wash. It was late and I was happy that I was able to get my car washed. I didn't plan to spend a lot of money because I was just rinsing the salt off my car. I used cash at first. The sign says $1 for one minute. Don't plan on it though, because those minutes go too fast. I still needed to finish washing my car, so I decided to use my debit card. You scan your card, and it will charge you based on how much time you use. Once finished, it's supposed to show you what your card will be charged. I washed my car, it was less than five minutes, and it said thank you, $5 charged. I got home, and saw that $10 was charged. Completely unacceptable.
