Hoffman Car Wash

I usually wash my own care for this reason but it has been too cold. Ii signed up Feb first for 1 month of unlimited ultimate washes. The first time I came home it looked beautiful. Then I washed it Thursday the 5th. It was very bumpy and felt like it stopped for a second. It stopped again just as I rolled out and it took a while for the truck behind me to come out. I took it home and put it in my garage. I knew I wasn’t going anywhere all weekend. When I went out today to get my snow shovel I noticed a big oval shaped scratch. I know this was not here before because the first wash I did I came home, put it in the garage and towel dried the inside of my doors. They can have the rest of their month of free washes. Experience was incredible. I asked Donovan if he could make sure to get the salt from under my wheel wells on my truck. He did it quickly and thoroughly, I believe this guy should get a promotion takes his job very seriously

Joseph was very friendly and explained the different car wash options without pressure but giving appropriate upselling. Bubbles are fun to look at, even at 33 years old.

attendants need lighter colored gloves. black gloves with black jackets doesn't work. you cant see their directions clearly. yellow gloves would be appropriate.

I got my car washed today and I don’t usually complain but this car wash scratched my car and wouldn’t take accountability saying there was something flat placed on the hood of my car yet there is scratches all over the whole car only offered to buff it but I don’t trust them not to make my car worse . Was trying to say they didn’t cause these scratches and manager admits it was cleaned be careful bringing your car here
