My automobile was towed to Hoffman Enterprise after an accident. This is a customer focused facility. They go out of their way to answer questions and return phone calls promptly. There technicians are knowledgable and prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this company for towing and auto repair.

I had to call AAA for a tow after getting stuck at the bottom of a hill, and I honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Shawn was beyond helpful, he kept me updated on his ETA, reassured me the entire time, and gave me great advice on what changes I should make to my vehicle to avoid this in the future. He was incredibly kind, patient, and truly cared about my situation. He turned a really stressful moment into something so much better. He got me out of a tough situation and made me feel safe the whole time. Thank you, Shawn you are amazing!

I called my AAA because I needed a tow. They had Shawn come out to help me. He contacted me to let me know he was helping another customer and what time he would be getting to my vehicle. He touched base again when he was about ten minutes away. Gave me a ride along with my vehicle to my house. So nice and helpful. I highly recommend calling them when you need a tow. Im super appreciative.

This guy, and his business was nothing short of a life saver on a cold night . He came, towed my son's car and fixed it within 2 days .. Honest, fair and a great guy to deal with. I live in Groton and he won my entire family"s business . 💪💪💪💪

Through AAA’s geographical fencing, Hoffman Enterprises wrecker service was provided to me to tow my vehicle. It was a hot Sunday afternoon. Jon promptly informed me of the status above and beyond what AAA did. He also left his phone number so that if I had any subsequent issues while I waited for his tow. He drove me to my house, unloaded a bunch of gear from my vehicle and went on his way to drop at my shop for repairs. Jon offered repairs however, more than likely this was warranty work done by my own shop. I’d highly recommend Hoffman Enterprises, and Jon’s communication, knowledge and flexibility are superb.
