Hoffman Ford Service Dept. & Parts Dept.

This is the 6th time my truck has had the oil pan replaced and it's leaking again. It's beyond frustrating especially when Ford has an aluminum oilpan that they made for this problem. I found the ford service bulletin for the repair but they keep putting the same plastic crap back on.

Hoffman Ford on Jonestown Road was great. They replaced my backup camera and fixed an electrical problem in my Focus. They worked directly with my warranty provider and made the process incredibly smooth and easy. We were helped by Krystal and she was amazing. She explained everything in detail and made sure we understood everything. I will be bringing my car here for any future work and/or maintenance.

The Hoffman Ford Service Department installed a Roush Phase 2 supercharger on my very low mileage garage-kept 2016 Mustang GT in a timely and professional manner. For a complicated undertaking such as this upgrade, the workmanship was excellent and I am 100% satisfied with the work completed!

They proactively ran a diagnostic on my vehicle and provided a comprehensive report. Because of the nature of my repair (replacing a water pump on a 2014 Explorer Sport), I was forced to look for options I could afford. However, Hoffman Ford was completely professional throughout the process.

I recently scheduled a “Quick Lube” and “Works “appointment with Hoffman Ford. The service advisor Jarrin Black was great! He was super efficient from check in to the free car wash!
