My battery died on the car and is in a position which is hard to replace. They squeezed me in that day and I was on my way. I would have paid double at the dealership. No up sell attempts when they changed my oil a couple of weeks ago. They do what you ask and give up front estimates.

I started taking my vehicles to Hoffmann Auto after they were recommended to me, and I'm very thankful for it. The work is always done well and fair priced, they take the time to answer my many questions very friendly and honestly, and they've never tried to up-sell me on work and parts I don't really need. All that is everything I could hope to get from an auto repair shop, and in my experience, it's been extremely difficult to find. But they also have a unique difference that sets them apart from the big shops and franchise chains...they don't have the heavy turnover of mechanics and managers that creates inconsistent quality of work and customer service.
