I stopped in at 3 PM Because I just realized I was out of oil in my jeep. I asked if they can do the oil change by 5 o’clock. The girls at the Front Desk are so friendly and Amazing! They took my jeep and said they would do their best. I got a call around 4:30 that my jeep was done. I highly recommend!

Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and provided detailed explanations to any questions I had. When there was an unforeseen delay, they even offered and provided a ride home for me, which is something I've never had happen with any other auto shop. Prices were competitive and I left impressed and feeling as though I can actually trust that my car will be taken care of and that I won't be taken advantage of, which is definitely not the norm for me in regards to mechanics and auto shops.

I brought my car in to check the suspension and steering. Something is wrong. I was told all I need are tires because my rear tires are worn and one is very uneven. I asked why and they said they don't know. I have less then 10,000 miles on them so replacing them without repairing the cause would just bring me back for the same reason this time next year. They didn't do what I asked. I watched the dash cam video of the test drive. Dave took my car up to 64 miles per hour in a 45 mph zone on a Rockport Rd. I don't appreciate you taking risks and breaking the law with my car. I asked you to take it on Rt 80 to diagnose the vibration, not attempt to simulate highway speeds on back roads. Hoff’s Auto was super friendly and professional! Came in for an inspection sticker and was in and out at a reasonable time. Excellent customer service! Highly recommend this Location!

Very accommodating and fair price. We’re fairly new to the area and are so happy to have found Hoff’s. Will definitely be using them going forward.
