Their service was above and beyond what I expected. They didn’t have my oil filter in stock so they special ordered it. They kept in touch with me and saved me from having to drive hour and a half to a dealership. They are kind, capable, and dependable. I refuse to go anywhere else.

Just moved to town and didn't have my garage and supplies setup to do my own oil change before I went on a road trip. As a person who has always done my own maintenance the last 20 years on all my vehicles, I am very skeptical letting others do it because the last time i went to an oil change shop many years ago they drained my transmission instead of my oil. Hogan's came highly recommended by locals so I gave them a shot. Positives: not a national chain, locally owned, got me in and out in a reasonable time, fluids were checked and topped off, didn't try to sell me an air filter when mine was clean. Negatives: 2 missing bolts out of the skid plate, oil splatter all around the oil filter housing and undercarriage, oil on the topside of the skid plate. They said they would grease my U joint

Was in the van with a friend, the oil change was really quick, the technicians were friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone who doesn't want to get their hands dirty.
