I’m so glad I found Hogg Automotive. Yesterday I was stuck on the side of the road with a smoking tire, and my 3 kids and handicap mother in law. I frantically called the closest auto repair shop which happened to be Hogg. I explained our situation and immediately felt relieved and safe. He knew exactly what the issue was just by the details I gave him over the phone and he assured me I was safe to drive the short distance to his shop and that he would meet me there with the part I needed, which happened to be a wheel bearing. When I arrived at the shop I was warmly greeted by the owner’s wife who was so nice and helpful. It was the end of the business day so I started contacting rental car places assuming I would have to leave my vehicle at Hogg since they were closing in the next 10 min.
Gave a great price on the bill and made sure my vehicle was in good shape after the tow. Good stuff!
Call him at 8-9pm With and 10min was there to help me with a smile. He went well out of his way to help me brake loose lug nuts that I could not get off. He was a blessing, big ups to him, would recommend him and his service any day 10/10 service 🦾🦾thank you again Sir
My insurance company dispatched HOGG out to tow our car that had a flat tire. I sat for 2 hours on the side of a busy highway waiting. Called to see how far out they were and no answer. Called my insurance company to let them know, they tried to call them and did not get a hold of anyone. We had to call another towing service! Very poor service!!! If there were zero stars I would give y’all a zero!
Hogg Automotive did a great job on my 1976 Pontiac Trans Am. Fresh tune-up and brakes and this car screams. I can highly recommend this shop in Riesel to anyone who wants their vehicle fixed correctly the first time. They really listen to the needs of their customers to guarantee the best work possible. Other repair services can really learn how to conduct their business from this small town automotive repair shop. I will continue to use them in the future.
